Graduate Distance Education | Technical Support


The Information Services Computing Help Desk is available to serve the UNL community, including distance education students. The Help Desk assists students in the use of electronic mail (e-mail), World Wide Web (WWW), Blackboard, mainframe accounts, microcomputer operating systems, word processing, ISP (Internet connection), disk recovery and file translation. The Help Desk also assists students with computer virus eradication and obtaining anti-virus software.

  • Click the "help" button at the top of the screen for helpful articles or a list of common downloads are available 24 hours a day. If you can't find the answer, submit a support request and it will be addressed during regular business hours.
